Return & Refund for Used Items

Warehouse damage or customer returned Egofit items which are as good as new but may contain some cosmetic imperfections and minor belt off-center issue (can be easy fixed according manual instruction), Kindly note: Do not  place order if you can not accept minor issues.

 Returns:

  • You have 15 days to return or exchange another refurbished products.
  • Please note you will bear the return shipping label cost unless the item is found to be faulty.
  • Refurbished Returns are only accepted if they are faulty and returned within 15 days. We are unable to accept change of mind returns.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@egofitwalker.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return label, and shipping label fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Please note that: Egofit will charge an $80 repackaging fee for returns that do not have all original packaging. Egofit will not cover any accrued expense for replacement packaging. The repackaging fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.

 

 Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your package. After receiving the prepaid return label, Kindly schedule the carrier pick-up at your earliest convenience. and send us a email once the product is fetched, so we can inform our warehouse to care about the receiving and process refund for you as soon as possible.
