Should I expect delays during the pandemic?

Please expect some delays, as we are working diligently to factor the safety of our warehouse workers as they also have to practice social distancing while handling packages. Some tracking information may be incomplete momentarily or update multiple times. We appreciate your patience during this time.

Also, please be aware that due to COVID-19, the number of orders and home deliveries carriers such as FedEx and CanadaPost are receiving have drastically increased. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. If you are inquiring about the status of your order, we kindly ask that you wait the full 10 days before reaching out.

How long will it take to receive my item?

**Due to COVID-19, please anticipate shipping delays as essential workers in our facilities (as well as our carriers' facilities) must practice safe measures while handling packages.  The combination of social distancing partnered with an overall increase in shipping needs has caused transit times to take longer than normal. 
Please allow up to 10 business days for your parcel to arrive.  If you have not received your order after 10 days, feel free to contact us.  Thank you for your patience and understanding during this difficult time for all.  
Within the continental United States and Canada, all Egofit orders generally ship within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted.  Typically, packages in transit take between 6-10 business days to arrive.  If there are issues with your order outside of these standards, please feel free to contact us. 

Is there no shipping to Alaska and Hawaii?

Because we have to use freight to deliver outside of the continental US, shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is possible but will cost $100. The updated price will be reflected during checkout on our website.

How do I track my order?

When you place on order at egofitwalker.com, you will receive an automatic email notification to confirm your order, and then a follow-up email with your tracking information once the order ships.  If for some reason you are unable to locate the automatic email, please feel free to contact us.
