We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
How long will it take to receive my item?
Within the continental United States, all Egofit orders generally ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted. Typically, packages in transit take between 6-10 business days to arrive.
If there are issues with your order outside of these standards, please feel free to contact us.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your parcel to arrive. If you have not received your order after 10 days, feel free to contact us. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this difficult time for all.
I did not receive an order confirmation. How do I get one?
When you place an order at our website (egofitwalker.com), you will receive an automatic email notification to confirm your order. If you ordered over the phone and provided a valid email address, your order confirmation email should arrive by the end of business day.Please be sure to check your Junk and Spam folders, as our automated messages can get directed there sometimes.
If you have not received your confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your order status by going to order page. If you still cannot locate your order, please reach out to us via Chat or email.
How do I track my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Please be sure to check your Junk and Spam folders, as our automated messages can get directed there sometimes.

What's your exchange policy?
Products purchased at our website egofitwalker.com can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. If you do wish to exchange your Egofit product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
2.Your Egofit's serial number. The serial number will have this format: F3(A or B)x-xxx(x)-xxxx(x). All x's will be numbers
3.Shipping address (where the return is coming from and also, where the new product should be delivered to).
***Note: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, and we will cover the cost of return shipping for the exchange process, We will send you a prepaid reture label.
What's your return policy?
Note:Egofit is not responsible for the reimbursement of shipping costs for returns that were completed without our knowledge. Please follow the instructions below for returns:
If you are within your 30-day return period (effective from the date of delivery), and would like to initiate a return, kindly send us a email to email@example.com for a prepaid shipping label, we will cover the shipping fee.
