Desktop Smart Console

I have an M2 and purchased this in an attempt to alleviate the following issues I have. The first issue I ran into is that the units are SI values and am unable to change them to imperial. The online solution I found to change it using the remote flashed the units "SI" but would not actually let me change them. The larger issue is that there was clearly not enough space allocated for the display itself. Each of the value fields experiences roll-over. IE time ticks to 99 minutes 59 seconds and rolls over to zero. Steps rolls over at 9999 to 1000 weirdly. And calories rolls over at 999 to zero. Thankfully the distance can go into double digits but given the size of the display I'm assuming it would roll-over at 99 as well. I doubt anyone is going to do a session of 99 km or mi so that should not be an issue.

The kmh mph switch on the controller does allow swapping between the two unit types. I had hopes that the controller would not have the roll-over issue but unfortunately it operates in the exact same way. The included cable is also fairly short. I was unable to route the controller in the way I wanted without the use of an extra extension cable. Pictures of the step roll-over included for example.

Therefore the only value I see in this product is to provide the unit swapping and allow you to see the display without looking under your desk. Which when the values aren't necessarily correct feels kind of moot anyway...

The smart console works flawlessly!

Purchased as a companion to my ComfortDeck—M2T. I like the flexibility of having the smart console on my sit/stand desk or on my 2-drawer file cabinet next to my desk. Looking for a detachable tray to attach to the handle bar that I can use while watching TV.

The only reason this gets 4 instead of 5 stars is because it should just be included with the treadmill, and is kind of an expensive add on. The cable is just long enough to run with my desk at maximum height. Works great!

Purchased this to accompany my M2 unit, and very happy that I did. My unit is under my desk, making it difficult to read the display. As others have stated, the cord is very short; it barely reached to the top of my normal desk, so having it on a standing desk isn't feasible without an extension cord (which luckily I already had) but for this price it really should be longer or an extension should be included. Overall, very happy with the add-on purchase.

Love how easy this is to use, but the cord is too short to sit on my stand up desk. Wish it was longer. Will have to purchase an extension cord that is male/female USB compatible

Purchased for my office treadmill. Extremely convenient!

Puts all the data easily within view while I am working as I “walk”

Great option to utilize program options easily such as time, distance, etc. would recommend if using with a desk.

Console makes it easy to see your speed, distance, time without having to move your head under the desktop.
