Shipping policy

When will my order ship?
Orders received Monday - Friday before noon (Pacific Time) are typically processed and shipped same day. 

Orders received Monday - Friday after noon (Pacific Time) will be processed on the following business day.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays. All orders ship from our warehouse in Los Angelses, CA or Westampton, NJ (USA).

 

Tracking Your Order

Check your email. You will receive emails regarding the status of your order at the address you entered during checkout. Tracking information is typically emailed within 24 hours after your order ships.

 

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping via Fedex on all USA orders over $100.00. Orders received Monday - Friday before noon (Pacific Time) are processed and shipped same day. Once your package has been processed and shipped please allow 4-6 additional business days for delivery, depending on distance from our warehouse.

Flat Rate Shipping
We offer $6.00 flat rate Ground Shipping for USA orders < $100.00. Orders received Monday - Friday before noon (Pacific Time) are typically processed and shipped same day. Once your package has been processed and shipped please allow 4-6 additional business days for delivery, depending distance from Los Angles, CA.

International Shipping
Egofit currently not able to ship to custmomer all over the world currently. 

 

Import Duties, Taxes, Fees, & Documentation
Customers with shipping addresses outside of the U.S. are solely responsible for all import duties, taxes and brokerage fees as required by customs of the importing country. These are not included in the shipping and handling cost. Customs, duties, taxes and fees vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for more info. All import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment, then the following will not be refunded: cost of original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and/or any charges for return shipping.

 

Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship via Fedex Ground or Fedex Home delivery (for Big package), USPS (for small package) where applicable.
  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
  • Due to demand for certain products we cannot guarantee every product's availability for immediate shipment. Egofit ships orders in full, but upon special request Egofit can sometimes fulfill partial shipments.
  • We are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time. 
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event of a return or if a package isn't deliverable by a carrier - only the cost of the merchandise is eligible for a refund.
