Refund policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 15 days after delivery the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address. 

 Notes

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.;

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.


Return Exceptions (Refurbished items)

For Refurbished items, the return policy is different than our standard return policy, refurbished items means warehouse damage or customer returned Egofit items which are as good as new but may contain some cosmetic imperfections, Kindly note: Do not  place order if you can not accept minor issues.

  • You have 7 days to return or exchange another refurbished products if you received functional defect units, please send pictures or short videos of your issue. 
  • Refurbished Returns are only accepted if they are faulty and returned within 7 days, We are unable to accept change of mind returns.

 

Return Exceptions for Egofit accessories

The following accessories may not be returned or exchanged once purchased:

  • Lubrication oil kit
  • Desktop Smart Console
  • Remote Control
  • Safety key


Exchanges (if applicable)

Egofit will exchange your unit if it shows any manufacturing defects or damage within the first 15 days of receiving your Egofit. If you need to request an exchange for the same item within the first 15-days, please contact Egofit support team at info@egofitwalker.com

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive your package. and send us a email once the product is fetched, so we can inform our warehouse to care about the receiving and process refund for you as soon as possible.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If completed both steps and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@egofitwalker.com
