Remote broke and tredmill squeaks

MY remote broke after a few days of use and my tredmill squeaks when I’m on it or when nobody is on it. I got a lemon! I am going to return it to amazon.

It works

My old remote broke for my walkpad A1 (?). It worked immediately, no set up other than batteries required. Of note, this uses regular AAA batteries (as opposed to the CR2032) which is much easier and preferred.

Love this product!!

My husband and I are truck drivers and love the Egofit M1 treadmill! It’s the perfect size to use on our truck. Recently, we couldn’t find the remote so I contacted customer service to order another one. They were very prompt and courteous and provided the exact remote needed for our treadmill model.
