Egofit Treadmill Remote Controller – Compatible with M1, M1T, M2, M2T

So, when I reached out to Customer Care saying it didn't work, they said that the website states which remote would work with the product. BUT, the product does NOT match the website. The web says it is compatible with M1, M1T, M2, M2T, but the product does not state which model you have so when you google the serial number it says M1. I just want to get my refund and return it so someone else can use it.

I contacted customer service and then I read that there were no returns. Now I have a walker and a remote that can’t pair.

I ordered a remote, turned out to be the wrong remote. Will not return or exchange for the correct one. And now the correct one is discontinued now. Not happy will not shop with egofit again, and will let as many people I know that they refuse to stand behind there product why offer options or say it will work for your type of treadmill if you don’t offer the needed remote anymore. Seems shady

Doesn't work for the Egofit Walker Pro. 😔 But, the seller was quick to address my issue and gave me the right remote information. Ordering the correct one next, fingers crossed!

My old remote broke for my walkpad A1 (?). It worked immediately, no set up other than batteries required. Of note, this uses regular AAA batteries (as opposed to the CR2032) which is much easier and preferred.

My husband and I are truck drivers and love the Egofit M1 treadmill! It’s the perfect size to use on our truck. Recently, we couldn’t find the remote so I contacted customer service to order another one. They were very prompt and courteous and provided the exact remote needed for our treadmill model.
