Egofit ComfortDeck-M2 Under Desk Treadmill – Compact & Quiet with Honeycomb Cushioning

There is one glaring issue with this model; the display. The first issue I ran into is that the units are SI values and am unable to change them to imperial. The online solution I found to change it using the remote flashed the units "SI" but would not actually let me change them. The larger issue is that there was clearly not enough space allocated for the display itself. Each of the value fields experiences roll-over. IE time ticks to 99 minutes 59 seconds and rolls over to zero. Steps rolls over at 9999 to 1000 weirdly. And calories rolls over at 999 to zero. Thankfully the distance can go into double digits but given the size of the display I'm assuming it would roll-over at 99 as well. I doubt anyone is going to do a session of 99 km or mi so that should not be an issue. This glaring flaw makes it so the tracking is essentially worthless if walking any decent distance unless you keep track of the number of times each value rolls over and what the roll-over limits are. This is completely unacceptable for a product at this price point. Images attached showing the roll-over on the steps and time. Time is a little blurry as it has to be taken while the pad is running. It displays pause when paused in the time slot.

I will post a separate review but I want to mention here as well as a word of caution for anyone whom has the same idea. There is an optional desktop controller product that works with multiple models. I purchased the controller to be able to utilize the kmh/mph switch for the units and with the hope that the separate display may have larger value limits without the same roll-over issue. This is unfortunately not the case and the exact same issues exist.

Otherwise this model has been great for the few weeks I have been using it. It is small, quiet, and extremely easy to move. I have very limited space in my room and need to move the pad out from under the standing desk after each use so the ease of movement is a huge plus.

Getting lost in work and getting a huge amount of steps in every day is very gratifying. Also surprisingly quiet which is a great bonus.

I have a refurbished Egofit ComfortDeck-M2 (at my office) and it's quiet and has held up amazingly. I just purchased EGOFIT ComfortDeck-M2T for my home and well, it's loud. I immediately emailed the company and they told me it was "normal noise." So not sure if I got lucky with the first one. So my recommendation is to not buy new. I want to swap it out (and now they are on sale...) so humph.

Easy to pull out of the box and start working. Small enough I can easily roll it to the side when not in use. I find I can walk about 30 minutes at a time at 3.5mph comfortably while on calls. The remote works well enough although I now understand why you might want the add-on that shows the speed on your desk. I've only had it for a couple of weeks so can't really speak to the long term yet.

Been super impressed with this as my office standing desk treadmill. It's quiet, comfortable and easy to use. I went with this one for the honeycomb siding and I'm glad I did. It really isn't too cumbersome or loud. Definitely recommend getting the desktop controller as well.

I've only had it for a few days but it works well out of the box, I'm slowly working up to a full day of walking and it's exhausting but feels great! The honeycomb thing doesn't make much of a difference, it's still fairly stiff like a normal treadmill, definitely need running shoes for cushioning the impact

I bought a red/grey refurbished treadmill. It had one small dent in the bottom. Packaging and product in perfect condition. I don't mind when it gets to 9999 steps that it rolls over to 1000. Remote is responsive. I walk during work and 2.0 mph is a good speed. Happy that I could go to 3.1 if needed.

I used this walking pad for ~4 months, walking around 120 hours total. It worked excellently during this last winter, giving me the opportunity to walk during the day and night as I worked / played video games / watched TV and movies.

After 4 months of usage, the motor started to experience issues. The customer service, after receiving some videos of the issue, honored the warranty and provided me a replacement. I will update the review if the replacement has any issues, but I am confident in customer service to continue to assist me as I walk to my leg's delight.

The treadmill I initially received from Egofit arrived damaged, likely from being dropped heavily in transit, based on the condition of the cardboard box. I reached out to the customer service team and received excellent support with resolving the issue, and I am happy to say that the replacement treadmill made it to me in one piece and feels like a great piece of tech so far.
