      Received damaged wheel-less unit

I spent months researching walking pads and companies to find one most aligned with my needs; that led me to Egofit. I just received and opened my Egofit Comfort Deck M2 that I was so excited to begin using, but I can't since I was sold a broken piece of equipment. I read all the reviews and saw several about receiving damaged items. I took that to be rare circumstances and figured no reputable company would falsely advertise and knowingly sell customers damaged $500 units...

Well, it happened with me. Upon opening the unit, I was confused and could not locate the wheels to be able to move this thing. Upon lifting it up, I discovered one side is completely missing a wheel, while the other side's wheel is broken off and rolling around inside the wheel chamber covered in yellow goo.

Not only that, the front of the unit has several scrapes where paint is missing, clearly from rubbing against the ground since there are NO FUNCTIONING WHEELS.

This is 100% unacceptable. It is clear Egofit knew that this unit was damaged before it was shipped off to me. It is impossible for anyone to have packed this thing into its box without fully knowing there is a missing and broken wheel. What type of customer service is this? They clearly do not practice quality control before shipping units out.

The day after I purchased my M2, I noticed they were sold out. It seems Egofit was waiting for one last customer to buy this broken M2 to get another $500.

It is unethical and deceptive business practice to sell damaged products to customers while claiming to send brand new items. It's considered swindling customers. I didn't think to do this before purchasing, but if you click to see the reviews on their website from "lowest rating" first, you will see just how many customers had similar issues. I wish I had known. I cannot recommend anyone to use Egofit for their walking pads until this is resolved.

      Received broken, scraped, wheel-less unit

1/31/25 I just received and opened my ego fit comfort deck M2 that I was so excited to begin using, but I can't since I was sold a broken piece of equipment. I spent months researching which walking pad and company would best suit my needs, which led me to Egofit. I did see some negative reviews similar to this before purchasing, but I figured those must be rare instances, and a company can't possibly ship out a broken piece of equipment after a customer pays nearly $500 for something new...

Well, this is another instance of this company knowingly selling a defective product, a deceptive business practice swindling customers. As soon as I opened the box, I couldn't understand why I couldn't find the wheels to roll this thing. Once I lifted it fully up, I could see that one side is missing a rolling wheel entirely, while the other side's rolling wheel is completely broken off, but was left rolling around inside the wheel chamber covered in a yellow goo.

Not only that, the bottom front of the unit is scraped in multiple areas in the photos, clearly from someone dragging the unit on the floor since it has no functioning wheels.

This is 100% unacceptable. It is clear Egofit knew that this unit was damaged before it was shipped off to me. It is impossible for anyone to not see the unit is scraped and missing its wheels. One would not be able to lift and pack this into the box without knowing the wheels are missing and broken. What type of customer service is this ? I am regretting spending this much money to receive a piece of broken junk. If you're looking for a walking pad, I suggest you look elsewhere as this company does not take its customer service or quality control seriously. I've reported the damaged unit by email and on the website. There's not a US phone number available to talk to anyone. If they respond and resolve this, I will gladly update my review.

Egofit M2 is junk. Save yourself the headache. Do Not Buy.

I purchased EGOFIT M2 after doing research in September 2024. It was relatively new at the time. 5 months later, January 2025, my EgoFit M2 stopped working. It was great at first; I used it regularly to get my daily 10K steps in. I gave it regular maintenance with lubricants and corrected any belt drift. Still, one day, the motor started to struggle to turn the belt when I stepped on it. Next day, the unit is no longer registering or counting the steps for those times that the belt actually moves. I am disappointed in this. I've tried reaching out to support to troubleshoot or get replacement parts, but did not receive any response. I looked at their Return/Refund policy but it looks like I had only 30 days after receipt to get any remediation, and even then, it would be such a hassle. I'm now looking at Urevo S3 or Cyberpad which is similar to the Egofit M2 but looks to have a better build quality and lower price. You should too.

      One Enormous Flaw

There is one glaring issue with this model; the display. The first issue I ran into is that the units are SI values and am unable to change them to imperial. The online solution I found to change it using the remote flashed the units "SI" but would not actually let me change them. The larger issue is that there was clearly not enough space allocated for the display itself. Each of the value fields experiences roll-over. IE time ticks to 99 minutes 59 seconds and rolls over to zero. Steps rolls over at 9999 to 1000 weirdly. And calories rolls over at 999 to zero. Thankfully the distance can go into double digits but given the size of the display I'm assuming it would roll-over at 99 as well. I doubt anyone is going to do a session of 99 km or mi so that should not be an issue. This glaring flaw makes it so the tracking is essentially worthless if walking any decent distance unless you keep track of the number of times each value rolls over and what the roll-over limits are. This is completely unacceptable for a product at this price point. Images attached showing the roll-over on the steps and time. Time is a little blurry as it has to be taken while the pad is running. It displays pause when paused in the time slot.

I will post a separate review but I want to mention here as well as a word of caution for anyone whom has the same idea. There is an optional desktop controller product that works with multiple models. I purchased the controller to be able to utilize the kmh/mph switch for the units and with the hope that the separate display may have larger value limits without the same roll-over issue. This is unfortunately not the case and the exact same issues exist.

Otherwise this model has been great for the few weeks I have been using it. It is small, quiet, and extremely easy to move. I have very limited space in my room and need to move the pad out from under the standing desk after each use so the ease of movement is a huge plus.

Getting lost in work and getting a huge amount of steps in every day is very gratifying. Also surprisingly quiet which is a great bonus.

EGOFIT ComfortDeck-M2T - Great Product and Excellent Customer Service

I recently received my EGOFIT ComfortDeck-M2T, and I wanted to share my experience. The machine is exactly what I expected—compact, lightweight enough to move easily, with great speed settings for home walking, and not too loud during use.

However, the machine did arrive with some minor damage from shipping. I reached out to customer service, and I must say they were fantastic! They were very helpful and provided a solution to resolve the issue quickly. Thank you for your excellent support!

Overall, I highly recommend EGOFIT and their treadmills to anyone looking for a great walking solution at home.

Great way to workout at home

Love my egofit! It makes it an easy to sneak in a workout during the day. It’s heavy but has wheels. It feels really sturdy. It’s intuitive to use and the incline really helps you work up a sweat.

EGOFIT M2 is JUNK. DO NOT BUY!

After doing a bunch of research, I purchased the Egofit M2 in September 2024, and it was great until now, mid January 2025, 5 months later, the unit is now useless. I used it pretty regularly to get in my 10K steps, maintained it with silicone lubricants and addressed any belt drift, and then one day, the motor started to struggle and could no longer hold my weight (180 pounds). It has also stopped registering/counting steps for those times that the belt moves. I've tried reaching out to "support" to troubleshoot or getting replacement parts, but have not received any response. Based upon their return section, I had about 30 days after receipt to return or get a refund, and even then it looked like such a hassle. Apparently, I have a 1 year warranty but it appears to be useless. I'm looking into UREVO S3 or cyberpad, which has been getting great reviews and is cheaper than Egofit, as an alternative walking pad. You should too.
